"I was in the Beckley area in June of 2014 on a weeklong bike trip with friends. I wore out my rear tire on my ZX14 and need a new one fast. I live in NY and I’m not exactly used to friendly customer service from dealers who don’t know me. I spoke to the parts manager Keven Carter at Beckley Honda from the road. He said he had what I needed and to come on in. Within one hour they had changed my tire and I was on my way. I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful Kevin and whole staff was.
